Review:When I ordered my computer on February 4th it told me the estimated shipping date was March 10th. From what I read I figured it would ship out a little bit earlier then that. Today is February 20th and my new Alienware arrived last night via Fedex around 7:30pm. Thank you Dell for a great service.
The shipping, packaging, customer service and even FedEx deserve a major hats off. For FedEx to deliver a giant box to me on Friday night at 7:30 instead of Monday when it was supposed to arrive really impressed me!
Like many other Alienware owners before me, I have always built my own computer and never considered buying one already built. I would leave the prebuilt machines for the old people to buy, not my style! Well how wrong I was.
I have never in my life seen a computer that has this quality. If I chose a word to describe my new Aurora I would say "Classy".
Ya see it is different these days, I use my computer for my wife and I's business. I have no time or interest to put another one together. Besides that, this is nicer then anything I have built or anything I have ever seen built by someone else.
If you are thinking about buying a high end computer and want something that "WOW's" you every time you turn it on, then go Alienware.
I now understand why they are regarded to as the "elite"
